Possible CCS bug with SSL

I thought I'd turn on "SSL Access Only" for a page. When I run the code
I get a syntax error on the PHP line:

//Check SSL @1-84D95C28
CCCheckSSL
//End Check SSL

probably because it is missing the ";".
Has anyone else noticed this?
