Ajax Dependent Listboxes caching in IE

Hi all

I've built a page which utilises the Ajax Dependent Listbox feature but even though I have turned off caching, each time I visit the page after adding a new record to the database, I still get the cached data (new record not loaded).

I added the <META HTTP-EQUIV="PRAGMA" CONTENT="NO-CACHE">and <META HTTP-EQUIV="CACHE-CONTROL" CONTENT="NO-CACHE"> meta tags but still to no avail.

After extensive searching, Microsoft say that even with these tags in place, the pages may still get cached.

So, has anyone else come across this problem and found a solution (short of changing the IE Browser setting to 'Every Page Visit')?

Thanks in advance.
