Can I directly upgrade from CCS 3.1.0.2 to CCS4?
I know after an upgrade, you're supposed to completely publish your projects so nothing gets screwed up.

When opening old projects 4.0 will prompt for OK'ing converting the project automatically to 4.0.
If you have a lot of custom code in events, be aware that some might break because 4.0 changes the name format for controls. Mostly it works seamlessly, I've converted dozens of projects and only one needed a little hand tweaking of custom code. The new features that are documented are easy to use and really represent a major upgrade. The UpDate Panel alone is worth the version upgrade.
