One thing I found very interesting. If I use the power wizard CCS seem to create a header and footer page. But in the normal project I can't find any place to set the header and footer page

Hello,
you can create Includable page (select Page, go to Properties window/Data tab and select Incluidable - Yes) and then use it as header or footer.
