Hello,
Hoping someone can help me. I downloaded the demo. Installed it. The installer blew up. Ran the installer again. Won't install; says it's already installed. Won't uninstall; says it can't find the uninstaller. Deleted the folder. STILL won't install or uninstall. CC* keys scattered all over my Registry. When I attemptto reinstall, the app repeatedly asks me if I want to uninstall. If I say NO, it still won't install. If I say YES, it says it can't. In all cases, it reports the several different versions are on my HD when, in fact, NONE are installed.
Is there a way to remove this app and get a proper install to I can test it?
I'm hoping this utterly horrible demo experience is not indicative of the app's quality, but it sure smells like betaware to me.

I have been using CCS almost every day for more than a year and have never had any problems. the product is quite solid.
