I have migrated a project from 3.2.0.4 to 4.01.00.06 and now every time when I am closing the project it asks me if I want to save prototype, scriptaculous and a lot of other files. honestly I use jquery and I intend to use it for the future also cause it seems a little bit more fit for the company's needs.
does anyone have any clue why am I asked to save some files if I didn't even modify or use them?
