I am sorry if I am posting in the wrong area. I just saw general so I thought this would be ok...here is the issue:
I am a work at home agent and with some of the things that I need to have for me to be able to work are not working. I have had Tech people from the company look into the issue but they say that they can not fix it but gave me the site that would. Well I went to the site and can not even do what it says to do. It told me to go to IIS in my control panel but i dont even see it. Says that it is suppose to be under administrative tools but it isnt there. PLEASE HELP?
Well I just thought about it maybe I should give a little back ground of the problem. I am trying to download things from Microsoft but it comes up as Page can not be displayed. Hopefully that helps a little bit. Oh the Tech said something about Virtual address if that helps any.
