how do I display an IMAGE in a GRID

I want to show a thumbnail in a grid

I added a column and placed IMAGE type with datasource pointing to my
image filed. This works ok on FORMS but in Grid I just get a place holder

Any ideas??

Sounds like path problem. Check the properties of the place holder to see where it's look for the image.
