are there any tools for creating generating PDF ??

Some CMS ie. Joomla offer such capability - can this be done using PHP??

I want to do this also buy only print content into one <div> Is it possible?

Take a look at the before output event in CCS called Convert to PDF....

Here is where you would do all the conversion and you can have it in a div or any tag structure your conversion stuff places it into.

Incidentally, here is some CCS code that will do exactly what you want.
