 Can't uninstall CCS 2.3.2.8

I'm running CCS 2.3.2.8 - but need to upgrade to IE7 on my PC

Problem is I can't Uninstall to upgrade to the later version which
compatible with IE7

I need to keep with CCS2.3 for compatibility with applications

why do you can't update your CCS 2 to the latest version? CCS 2.x are fully compatible..... ;-)
