After I setup my php page w/ templates, and try to run it, i get a tun of errors for some reason. I am not at that computer right now, but i believe there is an error in every one of the includes that are default. This is Code Charge Studio Beta. But i am not sure why it produces so many errors. Is this normal?

have you got errors in browser or in CC Studio 'Messages' window?
Please provide text of errors (or some of them) you got.
BTW, have you read CCS tutorial? It should help you to start with CCS:
