 tree menu problem

When there are more than two levels; tree menu concept does not work; it behaves like left to right.

I'm not sure what do you mean by "tree menu". In the Menu Builder I see "vertical tree" menu, which is a different concept and shows screenshot that logically supports maximum 2 levels,.
