Hi to all,
I am trying to run the HelloWorld tutorial, in asp.net (vb) on a windows vista machine with IIS 7.0. I get the following error:

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Module IIS Web Core
Notification BeginRequest
Handler Not yet determined
Error Code 0x80070021
Config Error This configuration section cannot be used at this path. This happens when the section is locked at a parent level. Locking is either by default (overrideModeDefault="Deny"), or set explicitly by a location tag with overrideMode="Deny" or the legacy allowOverride="false".
Config File \\?\C:\inetpub\wwwroot\myfirstcodechargeproject\web.config
Requested URL http://localhost:80/MyFirstCodeChargeProject/HelloWorld.aspx
Physical Path C:\inetpub\wwwroot\myfirstcodechargeproject\HelloWorld.aspx
Logon Method Not yet determined
Logon User Not yet determined

I googled that and tried various ideas (access rights to the folder by II_USR and ASP.Net_USR). Anyone had that problem before?

This looks like some issue with IIS or ASP.NET itself. I also googled it and see several possible solutions:
