We've been looking at the IME4 application and have noticed that parts of the original record in the 'issues' table is updated with each response; however the 'date_modified' value is not being updated. How can we go about fixing this?
In the code for the "response" object, there is a custom code even for (AfterInsert) that indicated the 'issues' table is to be updated with the command "issues.Update();". Where can I find this method definition?
Thanks very much for your time.

Hi,
"issues.Update()" forces the standard update to be executed.
The update itself is defined in the "Custom Update" property, so you should be able to visually add extra fields there. I believe that no custom code is used for this.
