does anyone have a way of selecting a column of checkboxes in one go,
the same way web email programs have the "select all" option ?
client doesnt want them to be auto set to 1 as they are medical records and
have to be selected manually, but can be done in groups
[select all]
[ ] checkbox1
[ ] checkbox2
[ ] checkbox3
...
[ ] checkbox n
