I cannot find how to create a page for .css from function new page.
I want to organizes my style for website..
Plz help me.

In menu, Project->Settings (Alt+F7).
Click on Styles, then select the style you want.

How to i insert my own style code.
How to generate .css file if i want to create my own code of .css file?.

Once you have picked a style, CCS will make a copy of the style sheets (and the images it needs) under your project directory called Styles. So if you picked style "Basic" the css will be under:
..\myProject\Styles\Basic\
