Dear all,

I have this form in which i want,,,,, when i choose data from a certain form control 2 form controls should appear, and on not choosing anything from the form control it should disppear..
I dont know if i made myself clear, but it is a process of making form controls appear and disappear according on what is chosen on the screen.

Please help me asap.
