Hi,

How do I ensure that I don't get a double double quotation mark in the following custom event code since fruit_name is a text variable? I tried using single quotation but it gives me a syntax error.

fldnFruits=cn.execute("select count(*) as nFruits from fruits where fruit_name="&fldfruit_name).fields.item(0)

Looks like you should have single quotes around
fldfruit_name
in this sql
