OK its like Ricky said only will happend in PHP during Update Mode
since BuildSQL is not called during Insert
but in ASP wont happend (confirmed)
dont know how NET generate the BuildInsert and and BuildUpdate
so people using PHP apply ricky PATCH asap
ASP is Safe
other havent tested

also for security reason Ricky post shoudl not be here, cuase this will start
the SCBoom runner similar on PHPbb like few month ago.
Problem should just be in a Warning not Spread all around. on how to
duplicated.

Man your post had the where tag in it and that is what has put the forum in this
even worse shape and purged the DB even worse.
The other prob will be now Y will not be able to see the thread that caused the
original problem.
Sorry for getting upset with you but this issue has huge impact for all of us.
I'm sure you realise that.
If you are aware of the cause I was supprosed to see you posted the offending
tag again.

ashally, if they read their support requests, i sent in
a copy of the original post that caused the problem so
they do technically have it available
if they need it again i still have a copy, which i shall not be
waving around without commenting out and escaping every single character
paranoia - its not only that theyre all out to get you

I did applogize and appreciate what you are saying.
Just seemed a little odd to me and was involved in trying to find a resolution. I was actually in the middle of a post providing some additional fix information when the board got erased right under me by Opers post stating he was testing. Imaging my suprise and shock after hitting submit to find all the work Rick and I had done gone......
Opers and my post happened at the exact same time. So my response was immediate and trying to get things stopped. It was not like I came across the post after the fact and made those comments. It was all happening real time. Hopefully you can understand that is a different animal. Most of us will express explatives when we hit our thumb with the hammer.
In the heat of the moment I might not have expressed myself as correctly as I might have.

Just to update everyone....
Updates on this have been posted in th PHP forum.
Yes has discovered that this issue is also in the ASP .NET implementation as well. They are testing other language configurations as well.

There is no quick patch for languages other than PHP at this time.
