I don't know if it is possible. I would like to do as joomla next question:
1. I puit into a field called "tags" several keywords of one record. For example: car, road, red. In the next of the records I put this or other keywords.
2. I want to create a grid labe that shows a record and behind a grid with the records that have the same keyboards like this record. In this case the grid must show ALL the records that have in "tags" field: car or road or red
My english is very bud but I hope you undestand me. Is this question possible?

I use mysql and php in codecharge 4.1

if my understanding of what you want to do is correct - the answer is yes
joomla - i dont know - ccs and php and mysql - yes
