Hi,
I have problems with special characters, and I read documents about use of utf-8 unicode. Then, I change my Mysql database to utf-8 unicode. And setup CCS project settings in Locales & Encodes to:
File encoding: Unicode (UTF-8)
Default HTML encoding: Unicode (UTF-8)
But when I regenerate my project I get this Warning:
Warning:The HTML template uses the system's default character set 'windows-1252' which does not match 'utf-8' File Encoding. Please set File Encoding to 'none (System Default)' or specify an 'Encode Extension' in Project Settings -> Server/Script.
1. I don't understand why default character set 'windows-1252'. I change too html with:
<code>
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">
<code>
If I change project settings at Server/Scripts - Encode Extensions to iconv the warning is off, but my web application is not working with special characters "áóíóúñ" again.
Wath I can do?
Thanks for your help.

Default HTML is used only as default for new pages, therefore it's correct that you changed the encoding manually in your existing pages.
You may want to contact product support with the special character issue. Or possibly encoding is just not specified on some pages.

Thanks Peter,
Today I get the solution.
My project was created in CCS 3.2 and migrated to CCS 4.1. But today I create new CCS 4.1 project, and change configuration explicated before in this topic, add my pages and it's READY.
Mi problem is resolved, my pages work fine and ajax services work fine.
Thanks a lot
