how i can insert the image in other folder outside the project? e.g: i create the image folder and project folder in one folder, it means have 2 folder in one folder name project and image, hw do i link each other?....do i have to create a connection?

what do you mean by insert? upload? move the file programatically?, or just display a picture from another folder on the page?
