I am 1 week old with CCS and I need help for the following:
I need to create a report that displays the NAME, TITLE, ADDRESS and FAMILY_NUM. I want the report to be sorted asc. by NAME and then GROUP by FAMILY_NUM. When I attempt to do that, CCS makes the report GROUP by FAMILY_NUM and then sorted asc. by NAME and this exactly the opposite of what I am looking for.
In fact I'd like my people first sorted by NAME and then, for those who have the same name, I'd like them grouped by FAMILY_NUM because people may have the same name but may not be part of the same family.
The way I got CCS to that does not fit my needs because, someone may be down in the list because I group by FAMILY_NUM (and he has a big family number) whereas he ought to be on the top because is NAME starts with the letter A for example.
Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Philippe
