If you are looking for prompt reply to your request for support from Code Charge Tools then you probably dont want to buy their tools.....
I truly think their tools are great and wish we had more to choose from; however, I have had many problems with the different tools and the versions not working with InMotion C#.....
I still have a problem with Paypal and their option fields working. The basic Paypal button builders worked like a champ but unfortunately my clients (12) need sizes and colors and after trying for a week on my own and now almost two weeks with Code Charge Tools to get it to work I have to throw out all my work and switch solutions....
UGG!

Hi
I have used CCT for the paypal interface and it is really very easy to add the other paypal components needed for sizes and colors etc.
Just build the basic page with CCT then add the html components needed for the other needed paypal fields.
Also, by looking at how CCT builds the server side code, you will be able to see how to utilize the HTML data server side.
Hope that helps a little
Have fun

I have spent 8 hours going through paypal, going through the CCTOOLS code they sent me.... I have asked them to send me a link to where it is working using In Motion C# and they did not reply. I cannot get it to work..... It appear yes, but when the options are passed to Paypal the first option is passed no matter what is selected.....
Do you have a link where it is working using C#in Motion.....Can you cut and paste the code into here?

Hi
My guess is nobody has this implemented in In Motion C#. But the fields you are wanting to send would be in the HTML anyway.
So what I think you need to do is create these fields for size and color using CCS. Then find in the HTML where the request is sent to paypal, name the HTML fields in that request as specified in the paypal HTML interface document, and place template marfkers in that request that match the fields used on the form.
This is a little hard to explain since I am not familiar with In Motion C#. But everything you need to do is in the HTML I think.
Not really sure in your environment but I suspect it is similar as it is in PHP.

Thanks for the interest, I have almost two days involved with trying everything, renaming fields, copy and pasting from paypal, inserting CCS fields... and so on, I spent this time because I have 12 websites 90% done but they now want sizes and colors.....THIS SUCKS because now I have to redo them all...... I might try to recreate the project using just C#....
I just wish they would respond, I only get a response every three days and I have not got response for a week with them saying it works but they wont send me a link to where it does to prove to me that it does.... just frustrating waiting.

Agree ... love their products but ... I sent an email on Monday ... still
waiting
I'm starting to believe that is better not to use them ... or maybe another
reliable 3rd party vendor could buy the tools from them.

Frank from CCTools helped me today...... He has just changed jobs and was swamped this week.... He does the support and fixes in his off hours.....
He was able to solve my problems. The site now works like a champ and I am going to finish implementing on 12 sites this weekend..... Yes, Finally I can bill my clients for work completed.

Got a response from Frank 2 days ago. As usually very helpful ... I just
wished his response time was faster ... hopefully it will get better.
