I need to make a particular page (within my CSS site) more user friendly

The second table "Search Lens Database by Parameters" needs to be more compact. I was thinking Flash or Java dropdown menus would work.

The left column is an INCLUSION query and the right column is an EXCLUSION query. I am willing to do away with the right column (EXCLUSION) if you think it is over complicating the search.

Any ideas??? What could you offer?? Any examples??
