I inserted captcha in a record form using the default settings.
There is no catcha image visable when published.
I'm using mysql; asp and viewed it with ie7 / ie8 / firefox / safari
Does anyone have a clue what is going wrong?

try recreating the page.... yes, thats the whole page...
