I seen on a Newsgroup a while back that dreamweaver plugin would not be coming for a while due to technical reasons.

Although a plug-in is not available at this time (that I know of), I have been using Dreamweaver as the external editor and it has been working fine (after Beta 4).

What I found on the info page of Code Charge Studio was the following.
Macromedia® Dreamweaver®, Adobe® GoLive®, NetObjects® Fusion and other HTML editors—Use virtually any program as your HTML editor in CodeCharge Studio. Set that program as your primary HTML editor CodeCharge will seamless use the program for HTML editing.

You can use any editor you want for the html files, but the plug-in for the codecharge menu is in frontpage only
