When I first set up this Oracle connection it worked fine...then one day I come in, load the app in my browser, and get this:

Warning: ocierror() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in C:\Inetpub\itstore\db_oci8.php on line 71
Database error: Cannot connect to Database:
ORACLE Error:
Session halted.
Any ideas?

Any new firewalls turned on recently?
I suspect this is the issue...
