I seem to have a problem with functionality with both prototype and jquery plugins not functioning after a update to a record using an Ajax panel.
For example, if you use http://www.coralfly.com/Creations/Protolimit/ as a prototype plugin that counts the characters in an textarea it works nicely up until you save/update a record. After the record update in the Ajax panel then functionality breaks for counting characters.
I realize most plugins create an event and trigger loading/initing the function through the document loading or window load event. I tried to compensate but not luck so far.
Anybody tried using a character counter successfully with an Ajax panel after an update?
Please share your tips. Thanks..
