i have a problem about i want set the 2 language in a project , it mean is locales & encoding there i was set the default language is english and have add chinese in there also , after that i want create 2 link of main page can let user select english version page & chinese version page . is it this is posible in code charge ? or have need setup something ?

Yes. Youd need a link to pass the parameter ?locale=en and ?locale=cn
