Dear,
i want to create page with multiple upload file so i can upload many files from this form
could anyone tell me the steps.
i use code charge V 4.2

CCS doesn't support multiple upload files, it supports just one file upload.
You can take a look at other solutions, there are a lot around...

In order to do that you will need to execute a server side script to modify the image size
You can write one in PHP or use imagemagik and call the re-size function using exec("mySizescript") in the after process file event for the upload control.
