CCS a shell to CC, or freestanding ?

I am a registered user of CodeCharge, having purchased the Professional license some months ago. Started using UltraDev instead for a while. Just stopped back here to see that CSS is available and thought that I should check it out.

Is CodeCharge integrated into CodeChargeStudio, or do I need to reinstall CodeCharge and then install CodeChargeStudio on top ?
