How does this work behind the scene to add code to this link so it can retreive the existing password in the database supporting the application.

My app is ready to go on line, but I have this issue to solve. I'm not a programmer. I use CodeChargeStudio 3.2 and use it mostly in an AUTOMATIC manner.
