Is there anyway Codecharge (PHP) can develop web service provider in XML to be used in .Net?

you can create own php functions or use some 3-rd party class ...
it depends what protocol you are using ...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_web_service_protocols
but CCS has no built-in support for this as far as I know ...
i use in my applications:
XML-RPC ...
