Haven't stopped by in a while and saw the new product. One question, does CCS support putting code/modules in sub directories?

Eric,
yes, you can create subfolders within CCS project and store page files and generated scripts in subfolders.
To do it right click in Project Explorer window and select 'New Folder'. Then select page you want to move to subfolder and drag to subfolder.
