If I delete the default connection (internet) for the portal or forum
examples and create a new connection to the database nothing gets published
to the wwwroot directory.
If I change the internet connection ( from access to SQl) things publish
fine.
I am wondering of its just me? Looks like I have everything set right.

Can you see messages in Messages window that files are being published ?

Yes, it all looks fine, they just do not copy over to the wwwroot directory. the ccsbuild directory is created.
