I am designing a webapplication that have diffrent level of access i want to display and error message on the login for when you login and the page you are trying to view is not viewable by you instead of displaying the illegal group with the URL i want to also put an error mesage and secondly i also want to force Logout when the senerio happens.
Can any one help?

That is all handled for you by CCS.
For the pages in question just look at the properties tab for the page. You will see settings for restricted and error page.
The error page can be desgned by you to be anything you want
Usually it points to a login page of some sort.
