It'd be nice to have some sort of built-in source encoder in CCS, rather
than relying upon third party tools such as SourceGuardian, Zend
Encoder, etc. I think something like this fits in nicely with the CCS
product and design model. Could even be an additional cost
plugin/extension.

This might not be your exact solution .....
But if you encode a CCS app in PHPSHield,
Here are some CCS libraries and functions to embed in CCS to automatically configure the CCS PHP application to run.
This might help until and if Yes does something.

This is everything except a built in encoder. You just need to get PHPShield ($70.00 If I remember)
