Q4CC...
CC leave too many questions unanswered.

Community:
Regarding messages on boards, we treat online community as a
community for users, not for technical support. However, we
try to answer many of the questions here. But please do not
assume that if you need urgent technical help, you will find
it here. We have a support system for tracking the status of
each issue, so that we can respond quicker.
Also, many messages on this board are duplicated, even if
they were discussed several times in the past. We also
cannot support Beta product, but we're doing what we can.

If so many questions are going through the support system
Why not create an FAQ section ASAP.
This alone will avoid a great amount of duplication and strain on the support team and become an essential reference point for our community.

We're gathering feedback during the Beta period and plan to create an FAQ in June.
Currently we're putting all efforts into enhancing the documentation, tutorials and programming reference, which is needed for the May 28th product release.
