Q4CC...
Develop the documentation online with the help of some of us
users. ie put whats available into a web-app and assign a
part of the development team exclusively to reporting to and
from there. I'm sure many of us will be only too happy to
lend a hand.

Hello Im DaveRexel and I'm mad, while I take a couple of hours sleep somebody copied a bit of my post from another thread and posted here in my name.
This forum code is built this way.
This is example of why I laugh at the primitive examples shipped with CC. This miserable forum app does not automaticaly insert the topic and poster name in the reply form... poor programming that I have had to correct while testing said example in my projects.
To use this on a live website is hybris, stupidity or both. YS should update the forum app immediately.
Lastly, I do advocate setting upp an online programmers reference.

Hi,
Don't hope too much from CC team. They are famous with their poor support and response. The product is good, BUT support is damn worst.

Hi there mcwong,
you're wrong in your assesment of YesSoftwares excellent supoort team. Whats probably happening is that the product and userbase is growing a bit faster than planned and that YS needs a few more hands at the wheels just now.
I have found the support team to be responsive, precise and extremely patient in their answers. The response times varies and is slow at times, this indicates a personnel shortage to me.
My suggestion for an Online Programmers Reference upkept by both users and developers is in response to my assesment of the above situation, and is meant to help YS not bash them.
Greetings,
Dave
