Hi,
I have page with three form, Before any form is show I have three checkbox that user must choose. For example,
Form 1 Form 2 Form3
If any of the checkbox is checked then the corresponding for will be installed

Wanaka,
You should show/hide form depending on selected checkboxes (i.e. depending on values passed through url). I think that page is to be reloaded after selecting checkboxes.
