This is my 3rd installation and the problem keeps coming back. Yes Software so far had no solution to that. They ask me to reinstall, and reactivate ,..but how many times am I supposed to do it.?
The problem is that some parts of my TOP menu as well as dropdown lists became blank. I cannot see the text which make CCS useless. After inew installation it is OK for a few days and them it crashes again! I have seen some messages related to the same problem, but I haven't found any solution so far.
Any ideas or clues ?
Arthur

Hi Arthur,
troubleshooting these kind of problems is always a careful exercise of eliminating possible causes. If you are not enable to properly reproduce the problem, a solution is difficult to find.
As this problem does not seem to occur with other CCS users - judging by the forum, it can be assumed that the source of your problem is not CCS, but some specific condition on your system which effects CCS. This is confirmed by the fact that simply reinstalling CCS does not solve the problem.
The proper way to investigate further is to identify possible causes on your system and then - one-by-one - elimate them: is CCS supported on your OS? What kind of other work do you do on your system that might cripple CCS? Do you use any GUI-enhancing utilities that might conflict? Tip: when investigating, just saying "nah, that can't be it" could be the main source of your problem.
When you have eliminated all possible conflicts, there remains only one thing: reinstall your OS and try CCS on this fresh copy. Keep track if the problem occurs when re-installing any other software. Remember: if you can reproduce your problem, it is more easily resolved.
Good luck, Rob.
