I don't know how to set space between columns in gallery builder and how delete space before first column as you can see here: http://www.asorte.es/residencia.php?s_residencia_id=5

I don't want blank space before first colum and I want less space between columns. Can anybody help me? Thanks

start playing with your style sheet firstly...
some suggestions would be in here:

.imagen_conlupa  
{  
	display:block;  
	width:auto;  
	margin-right:-1px;  
	text-align: right;  
}  
.lupa_imagen  
{	position:relative;  
	top:-2px;  
	left:18px;  
}

you could also make your images 100px wide instead of 90....
