Well to add a flash or media object is simply HTML.
The HTML for Flash would be different that other types of media.
So to answer your basic question, adding media to CCS is just as simple as putting the proper HTML into your page.
If you wan't it to be database driven and use CCS components and have it select the proper player automatically, you can write that code or you can take a look at.

That CCS Plug-In is a complete Video Server Component built with CCS and easily added to any CCS project you might be developing.

BTW....
Since the Video Server Component Plug-In Above is developed as a CCS project, It also supplies a good example of how to code Flash / Media elements in Codecharge Studio.
You can either implement Flash / Media content by just using the Video Server Component or use it as a code sample to develop your own requirements.

Normally I use a TABLE containing one STRING field for identifing PAGE where I wanto to show flash element and one MEMO field that contain the flash code.
Then in every page where I want to show flash animation i put a GRID element than have in WHERE clause the ID of PAGE.
Important set the label associated to MEMO field with Content = HTML
Put in MEMO field the flash code like you usually do in html page.

itlab,
Following on from enko, you can have an 'editor' that sets up those MEMO fields that enko mention by attaching FCKEditor to the memo field in an edit page you create. That way you or your users can upload and insert a FLASH file and FCKEditor takes care of the storage of the flash files and the correct url referencing of the flash file.
I use this approach all the time to provide clients with 'editable' webpages for their sites including the ability embed flash, youtube, text and graphics.
Hope this helps.
