Appologies if this is a repeat and/or something very obvious. Is there a hosting site that is codecharge friendly and will not know exactly what I need when I explain I need to have paths to the folder/file location when publishing in ccs.
OR
is it possible to publish on local machine and simply upload to a hosting site and change paths once there.

All I want is to test one of the examples ie the bookstore or forum to make a live site for domonstration purposes.
with regards and frustrations.

Thsi really depend on whjat you need?

Normaly what you need is

PHP with MySQL Database.

ASP with MSSQL or MySQL

ASP.NET with MSSQL

also those are the common way but the need is unlimited.

you just ask to the hoster what are you planing to use.

what are you planning to use sir?

I guess it depends on the language you are using ... but both PHP & ASP are
pretty straight forward with most hosting companies. The only thing you
will have to deal with will be the connection strting.

I have both Godaddy & Bluehost and both work great.
