I'm trying to install Beta3 or Beta4 of CCS but with no success.
"An installation support file could not be installed" error occurs every time.
I've followed all the info from InstallShield forum (http://support.installshield.com/kb/view.asp?pcode=ALL&articleid=Q104985) but again no success.
Any help from here?
Thanks in advance
Eros

What are your file sizes of 3 and 4?
I suspect the files are corrupt.

I don't think is something related with file corrupted because I've other program setups created with InstallShield that show the same error and also I've downloaded CCS Betas from different computers and different connections type (Modem, cable DSL and also from office 2MBits leased line). I thing something went wrong with COM or DCOM but I don't know what.
I've also downloaded last release of InstallShield Pro and tried to install but egain the same error. I've a suspect that all started after last updates of Microsoft security update on Windows Update Site I've made 2 weeks ago.
All other setup programs not created with InstallShield are working correctly.
I'm using W2K patched with the last Microsoft updates (2 days ago) 512 MBytes RAM.
I'm getting crazy.

Eros,
it is problem with InstallShield, not CC Studio. Please try to search on http://www.installshield.com/ for possible solution or contact InstallShield support.
