I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact the support people friom CodeCharge Tools.

The only contact method I can find is email (support@codechargetools.com) & I have sent several messages over the last couple of weeks with no response.

Does anybody have experience with Codecharge tools support or know of an alternate contact method?

My problem is with the Google Maps Builder (with CC 4.2 & Cold Fusion 8). I have followed the instructions very carefully and my maps aren't working :(

Any assistance greatefully accepted.

Frank from CodeCharge Tools has fixed the GoogleMaps Builder for me and it now works very nicely.

Evidentlly there was a bug and it has been exterminated in the new version (2.6) of the Builder.

Thanks Frank. :-)
