I'm hoping that this is intuitively obvious to someone else and I am just missing it at the moment.

I have an existing web app (in this case mostly VB and NS under ASP Pages). I have a slew of components that make sense to keep instead of trying to recreate them under CCS. I would like to have a main page that has references to other CSS pages (similar to the portal example), however I would also like to define other blocks of real-estate on that main page through the design view where I would be able to simply cut and past a reference to my external asp code.
(These snippets of code have nice little pieces of formatting to them like menus and calendars which would be diffictul to duplicate under raw CCS).

I don't really care if this is through an I-Frame, or I cut and paste major portions of my existing code, however this supposedly simple construct is escaping me.

PLease feel free to point out the obvious to me I have been through several examples, and tutorial, the docs and the discussion groups ... I am hoping that I am completely blind.

Thanks in advance for the assistance.
