I have a PHP page.
I have a Grid(not Editable Grid).
I receive some URL parameter in this Grid page.
I would like some of Grid Rows(records) hidden make (depending on URL parameter).
Is this possible?

Edit your grid datasource and add the conditions to where.
Let's say you have customers list
customer name - customer phone - customer city
You want to hide all users from a given city which pass as parameter: list.php?s_city=Chicago
Click on the red line around your grid, then go to properties (right below) and find the "datasource" property. Click on the three dots and you'll get the query builder.
Add a where condition to your datasource in visual query builder WHERE city IS NOT s_city
