CCS project and VS 2008

What are any experiences with taking a CCS project into Visual Studio to continue development and enhancement? I am new to CCS and could see myself working this way: Generate the project in CCS, taking advantage of the builders etc. Then continue dev in VS to get to more events, controls, intellisense, etc.
